Stubhub is a scam. I will NEVER use them ever again. I purchased tickets for an event last September and when I arrived the ticket agent informed me that my tickets had been scanned and hour prior to my arrival. I have contacted Stubhub several times and I still have not heard from a real person nor have I received a full refund. This is the worst place to purchase tickets. I DO NOT recommend ever purchasing tickets from them if you don't want to be humiliated.
