I bought tickets off of StubHub for a Yankee game at Yankee Stadium. The listing did not say that there was an obstructed view. However, when we arrived to the game, there was a concrete wall going in front of us so that we had to stand to see the outfield. The seller never listed this in the description of the tickets. When I contacted StubHub, they told me that since I attended the event, they couldn’t do anything for me. They would not even guarantee that they would contact the seller to make sure that the listing for future games was accurate. Terrible customer service.
