I was not able to get the concert tickets I purchased because the seller did not transfer the tickets in a timely fashion so I was not able to go to the concert. However, StubHub honored its refund policy and gave me the opportunity to choose between a full refund or substitute tickets. The customer service worked with me non-stop to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. I would use Stubhub for future concert tickets. 100% LEGIT COMPANY.
