Purchased tickets for cubs game. Good experience. But saw an option to purchase parking once the ticket sale was complete. Clicked on buy parking expecting to see a variety of options and prices. Instead I got a message that said "you have tickets". Then I saw I purchased 1 parking ticket for $100.00 Camry lot. Called to complain about deceitful and unfair process. Rep told me they were sorry but NO REFUNDS. Said I needed to list them for resale. So now I have another task to compensate for their dishonesty. BUYER BEWARE.
