We’ve been stuck, trying to get our tickets for two hours without success. The customer service of the event could not replace them because we purchase them “via a third-party”. The tickets just wouldn’t work at the entrance.
We then had to go back and text the customer service, which indicated us that we wouldn’t get new tickets but they could issue a refund.
Afterwards, the day after they asked us to pick up new 3 days tickets but there was only 2 days left.
