Be careful! Upon purchasing tickets to Shakira's concert, Stubhub offered us a parking ticket so we bought it. It turns out the ticket was for a parking spot in BROOKLYN while the concert is in NJ. A hour away by car. I called Stubhub, they said yes sure we will refund you, send us so and so by email. It took multiple emails and various screenshots, to tell me in the end, it is your fault the address of the parking lot was on the ticket (they literally asked me if I wanted a parking ticket when I bought my concert ticket). This is absolute fraud, and totally tricking their customers. Never again!
