My experience with StubHub was extremely disappointing. I purchased a ticket for an event that was advertised alongside electronic music DJs like Bob Moses and Steve Aoki, which made me believe it was an electronic music show. However, the actual event was completely different and not what was promoted. I felt completely misled. To make matters worse, I tried to resell the ticket for the same amount I paid ($70), but StubHub automatically listed it for only $4, despite me updating the price. This made me feel like the platform was either malfunctioning or intentionally undervaluing my listing. Overall, I lost both time and money and can no longer trust StubHub for future purchases. I do not recommend this platform.
