If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful customer service. They had false advertising which led to the purchase of the wrong tickets. I tried to rectify the situation but was unable to get the help I needed. I ended up selling the tickets and followed their transfer process. They told me to use ticketmaster as the main selling site which I did. Now I cannot transfer to the buyer and I have to pay out stub hub and ticketmaster which is double the price now. Horrendous site…. STAY AWAY!!
