I didn't have any issues buying my tickets but having to retrieve my tickets through Ticketmaster was a huge hassle. Ticketmaster's app does not work. I've been to 3 concerts in the past 4 weeks and purchased my tickets through Stub Hub for 2 of those concerts and having to then go to Ticketmaster to retrieve my tickets was a dilemma and took forever. So again, the ticket buying process was smooth and easy through StubHub but retrieving the tickets is where the problems start.
