I purchased tickets for an event to be held January 2025. The event was canceled and is not going to be rescheduled. I sent stub hub proof of that and they continue to tell me they have a special department that has to confirm that an event is not going to be rescheduled and I need to be patient. I have talked to six people over the last five months and each person says the same thing like they are reading from a script. So am not giving up until I get our $30 back
