StubHub has failed me in a SPECTACULAR way. I bought my tickets for Stray Kids Orlando in November of 2024. I bought a very specific section and row in order to near the stage. Two days ago, several months later, they emailed me saying my tickets have been “upgraded.” This “upgrade” meant that I was moved to the VERY TOP and VERY BACK of the stadium. This is in no way an upgrade. When I called and asked about this issue, they assured me that they would find me “comparable tickets.” After two days with no communication from StubHub I finally called back and they informed me that the “upgraded” tickets WERE the comparable tickets and they could do nothing about it. They kept repeating that they were “third party” but refused to give me any information about the original seller which meant any resolutions had to go through them. I repeated that my current physical condition did not allow me to climb to the top of the stadium. They refused to acknowledge this and did not offer any other solutions. They refused to let me speak to any managers or higher ups. They have given me no other explanation as to why the tickets I bought last year are suddenly unavailable to me. Please avoid StubHub. Do not use this service. They will give you awful seats (which cost a fraction of the small fortune I spent on the originals) and tell you to be grateful that you are in the arena at all.
