ORRIBLE! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM HERE. The day of the event we got an email saying our tickets were ready, we were on our way to the event which was almost two hours away, i was on the phone with them the entire time, they kept telling me they were fixing it, when we were at the door of the venue they told us they don't have the tickets available that the only thing they can offer is a refund. WHY MAKE ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE VENUE IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE TICKETS I PURCHASED MONTHS AGO!
