This has been a horrible experience. I will tell anyone to never use this site. I purchased tickets for my mom’s birthday, she’s turning 75 by the way. I get an email that it’s no longer the original artist that I purchased the tickets for but it’s Kodak Black! I call customer service to find out what’s going on. I’m told that because the original concert was not cancelled but the artist was changed I could not get a refund or any other accommodation. Either we go see Kodak Black or forfeit the tickets. If this is not the worst form of BS. This is a complete SCAM!!!!
