I called StubHub within minutes of realizing the mistake, only to be told: “All sales are final.” My only option? Release the tickets back to StubHub to resell them on my behalf, with no guarantee I’ll ever see my money again. American Express couldn’t help either—StubHub has made themselves dispute-proof by design. Their entire platform is built around hiding true costs, tricking buyers into impulsive decisions, and avoiding accountability. It might be legal, but it’s borderline criminal in how it treats customers. If you value transparency, fairness, or your money, stay far away from StubHub.
