When I got to the venue my parking pass didn’t work and I was already in line to enter the venue. I had to purchase a new parking pass to let me through and then when I called to get my refund due to their pass not working, they refused and are not giving me back my money. Customer beware, that when you purchase a ticket through StubHub and it won’t work at the venue, they are refusing to give you your money back. I’m still trying to figure out how this is even legal as their ticket never worked and was never used. It should be a complete refund. Will keep everyone updated with how this turns out as I am still trying to get my $78 back from StubHub for a ticket that wasn’t used nor worked upon entry.
