I purchased tickets and a parking pass to an event. The email to accept the ticket transfer show as being delivered to me 3 hours before the event on the StubHub site, but the emails never arrived.
I had to pay for parking and purchase new tickets when I arrived. StubHub customer service won’t refund the money for the tickets because their site shows that the emails were delivered.
Save yourself money and purchase from a different ticket provider!
