Bought baseball tickets and parking pass through StubHub. Game tickets went without a hitch. Parking pass never arrived. Communication said to be patient and that pass would arrive even if on the day of event. Never did. Had to park elsewhere. Called later and they claimed the pass was sent(never landed in my email), so guess what, no refund. Beware. I won’t use them again. Also, only virtual agent was available to discuss. Pretty hard to convince someone of the issue when they are hiding behind a screen.
