I bought tickets in January to see Bruno Mars in Las Vegas. A person called Stubhub and changed my email and had all my personal information. I called Stubhub several times and no one would give me an answer. “ it’s with the investigation team”.
I went through this for two weeks.
Well I didn’t see Bruno Mars and I traveled from NYS. They were supposed to call me and no one ever did. Stressful and upsetting.
I would give a zero if I could.
I will never ever use Stubhub again.
