An hour before my concert I had yet to receive my ticket, called customer service they we absolutely no help. Our only options were to get a refund or accept tickets higher up in the stadium for the same price as lower level tickets. Was also told there was a wait time to speak with management. We were so pressed on time that we had to suck it up and take the replacement seats. Will never use them again.
