I called the 2 days before the Napoli game and asked customer support if my name on the ticket had to match my ID. They said no and don't worry about it. I went to the game in Naples, Italy and go turned away at the gate for that very reason. Sending me an email that day is way to late and it cost me a lot of money to go to Italy and not be able to go to the game! This was my first experience buying tickets from Stubhub and will likely be my last. I have zero trust. Giving me my money back was not enough. I lost travel costs to another country from the USA. Horrrible, Horrible, horrible
