Stub hub made the process very easy, paid for my tickets and received them very quickly afterwards. In addition to tickets I purchased a parking pass. I never received the parking pass from the seller. I called customer service the day after the show to report that I never received the parking pass. Customer service was very apologetic and helpful. They sent me updates as they researched my claim, and was notified 3 days later that I would receive a refund. They made good on their guarantee. Thanks for everything
