I was one of many people who purchased tickets for “Good Night and Good Luck through StubHub which were to be delivered by email at 4 pm on the night of the 7 pm performance. The tickets were not downloadable. The management of the theater informed us this was a common occurrence with StubHub and there was no way that they could provide us with seats. It was a very common occurrence. Customer service was of no help and her English was very difficult to understand.
