I have been unsuccessful trying to recv credit from a cancelled event (ORDER NUMBER: 554646484), called 5 times their customer service line and continue to get no answers. Escalated to supervisor on second to last call, and they couldn’t help. Very disappointed with the service I have recv’ed. Unusual for them, but absolutely influenced my next purchase purchase to a different provider.
