I ordered from Stubhub, and accidentally used a wrong email address! Even after reading a note in bold to “make sure your email is accurate!” I panicked and called once I realized my error, they fixed everything and assured me that all was well. The customer service experience was top notch! Thank you Stubhub! Oh, and the concert was fantastic!
