It’s incredibly misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to trick users into spending more. What’s worse is their rigid refund policy. I contacted customer service literally minutes after realizing the mistake, and they still refused to offer a refund or any resolution. No flexibility, no accountability—just scripted responses. The user interface is clunky and confusing, especially when you're trying to move quickly during a purchase. Combine that with these sneaky upsells and zero customer support, and it’s clear StubHub prioritizes profit over user experience. I’ll be avoiding StubHub moving forward and would recommend others proceed with caution. Terrible experience all around.
