I have used Stubhub for many events in the past and never had an issue. However, bought concert tickets 6 months in advance, never received tickets. Called 5x customer service, each time I was told to wait. It’s now 2 hours from my event and I’m being told to wait again another 2 hours for an email link for my tickets. The concert will begin in 2 hours. I will never use stubhub again!
