Electronic purchase was (sigh) yet another login account followed by a lot of "click here", "click there" with too many follow on emails. And then many more clicks to "transfer" to the venue ticket provider. Day of the event there were so many emails to sort through, had trouble finding the one with the scan code. For all that, using the scan code at the venue was very smooth.
