I bought tickets to a concert in Newark, NJ and they offered a parking pass marketed as the best parking for the venue. It was not. It was an 18 minutes walk from the venue in a not so good part of town and on my walk there I saw 6(!) closer parking garages. When I went to StubHub about this I was waiting on them for 50 minutes only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about it. I will not be buying from them again.
