StubHub lets sellers misrepresent their tickets, list them in the same section as "best available" and then will not refund your money when they arrive and are in a completely different section. They are using bait-and-switch methods and then if you contact customer service, they are argumentative, refuse to connect you to a supervisor, and then put you on hold repeatedly until you finally give up and hang up the call. I sent over the documentation (including a screen shot) of how the tickets were listed on the site, and were still told that it was my error and nothing that they could do for me. I understand now why so many people are filing lawsuits against them and why they have over 4,000 complaints to the BBB in the last 12 months. They are deceptive and standing firmly being loopholes to rip off customers.
