On the day of my concert, StubHub moved my ticket delivery time from 17:30 to 20:30 (the actual concert start time, even though the doors were open at 18:30), breaking your promise of delivery at least 3 hours before the event. This caused unnecessary stress and forced me to spend time and money calling US customer support, ultimately receiving tickets only 1.5 hours before the show. Prioritising seller convenience over buyer protection is unacceptable when customers rely on your delivery guarantees.
