I purchased a ticket thru Stubhub on May 10 for an event on June 28. The venue was a place I've never visited. When I arrived to the venue on June 28, I was greeted by a guy in the parking lot. He asked me if I pre paid for my parking. I replied that I wasn't aware I needed to. I purchased my ticket on my stubhub account and it did not say anything about prepaid parking. So he explained to me that the entire lot has been reserved and I will have park approximately 2-3 blocks away on a college campus. I didn't know anything at all about this college campus. So I was not leaving my vehicle there for 2-3 hrs while I attend the show. Also, we were currently in the middle of a thunderstorm, with bad lightning and heavy downpours. A house was struck by lightning that night from those storms. I spoke with stubhub and explained my experience, and they are not willing to work with me. They neglected to mention that parking must be paid in advance at this venue , and they aren't willing to work with me at all to keep me as a loyal customer. To me, this is just bad business practice and customer service. I won't be purchasing thru stubhub in the future.
