I do find the ticket fees a bit on the expensive side, but I am very satisfied with the process and reliability/trustworthiness, from ordering tickets last minute to the customer service chat. Although tickets could not be personalised, the customer care people were easy to reach and very friendly. Concert was great as well, so thanks for the wonderful experience!
