I’d give them zero stars if I could. Like other people have said their customer service is absolutely horrible. Been on the phone multiple times for hours trying to find out where my credit went to when a concert we were to attend 5 years ago was cancelled. Stubhub said they can see our credit on their end but we can’t access it. They keep saying they’re sending it to upper management and they will get back to us and we ask why we can’t talk to upper management ourselves and they say it’s under review and they will get back to us. Not once in 3 months have they emailed or called us. We just get the run around every time we call. I will just mention that you’re taking a risk of losing your money if you use them so don’t !!
