Bought a parking pass to a Yankee stadium, which was listed as such. When we got to the parking lot address listed on pass, we realized it was far from stadium. We ended up being late to the game. When contacted customer service, they said they realize we received different parking than what we reserved, however we had to report this within 2 hours to get refund. They offered 25% voucher instead. Parking they sent us to was very far, and cost about $5, vs $40 we paid.
