Order ticket form Stubhub in June for an event that was taking place in August. The description on the ticket did not match the description of the tickets on the website. Contacted Stubhub customer support to confirm I received the correct tickets. StubHub requested a screen shot of the tickets and forwarded it to StubHub escalation team. StubHub escalation team confirmed the tickets were not correct. StubHub sent information on how to return the tickets. SubHub picked up the tickets and has not provide replacement tickets or a refunded.
