Purchased 2 seats to an upcoming concert. Stubhub added charged me for insurance and an $85 parking pass to my CC. Neither was authorized. I then spent over ah hour on the phone with 2 separate CS reps. (obviously off-shore) and no refund yet. If not reversed, i'll be reporting and challenging the extra charges. won't be using their platform EVER again.
