Mostly, it was the responsiveness and assistance from the customer service agents, Flonne and Jose primarily, but there were others. They helped settle me down with guidance and reassurance about the parking pass procedures, especially with transfer to another's mobile phone. They helped me every step of the way ! AND I received the parking pass well ahead of the projected time, so there was no panic or stress involved. AND the parking garage was very good! Thanks a lot!
