I’m really disappointed with my experience using StubHub to resell my event tickets. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn’t attend an event and decided to list my tickets for resale. Unfortunately, StubHub made this process incredibly frustrating. My tickets were not showing up publicly for potential buyers unless I dropped the price significantly — and I mean far below face value. It felt like StubHub was intentionally hiding my listing unless it met some algorithm or pricing threshold. In the end, I was forced to sell at a huge loss just so the tickets would even appear and have a chance of being sold. As a seller, I felt misled and unsupported. It seems like StubHub prioritizes fast sales over fair ones, even if it’s at the expense of the user. I won’t be using StubHub again for reselling unless they make their process more transparent and seller-friendly.
