i listed Paul Simon tickets that i had bought through Ticketmaster, they were purchased on Stubhub but i could not transfer them online as it was Will call. i read all stubhub info about how to address it, sending barcodes of my purchase, trying to email the buyer directly and eventually much time of phone with customer service that day explaining it all. all before the deadline by the way. did everything i could to fix the issue only to find out the next few days that they charged me $1000 for what they say were their costs to fix with buyer, all without paying out the original amount of $800+ that was my portion of the sale. all of this without any explanation or proof of how this cost them $1000. i have complained only to be told, that they followed policy and i did not. truly a scam, DO NOT LIST YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM OR TRUST THEM on chat line.
