I ordered a parking pass from stubhub and I wasn't told that I needed to sign for the delivery - it was a $25 pass! When I wasn't home, I got an email stating that if I didn't accept the delivery on the next attempt, my pass would be destroyed and I would not get a refund. I have to have the delivery diverted to a FedEx site and go way out of my way to pick it up.
What a scam. I would not purchase anything from StubHub again.
