Ordered a parking pass and the directions to lot took us somewhere we weren’t able to get into and were told that we were in the wrong place. All addresses led to the wrong place, never got to use the ticket and had to fork out more money. Tried to get support to get a refund or something after the event but they basically gave me the finger and told me absolutely nothing could be done because the event was over, it was not even 4 hours after the event. Totally got scammed and they didn’t care at all. Would not recommend and I’m never using this site again. Cheers.
