The experience purchasing my game tickets was great. My experience with my parking pass was not good. It was not anything close to what I was expecting. I didn’t have access to parking space until 5:05pm. Only 1 hour before the game with a ridiculous distance to walk to the stadium. We were a few blocks east of Hwy 360. We did not use parking space and spent $20 more for another space very close to the stadium. I will never use Stub Hub for parking passes again. You need to give more detail to your customer as to time restrictions and actual location of the parking spot. I may consider purchasing game tickets again if I get a refund on this parking pass.
