I bought tickets for a concert for $200. I couldn’t go, so I put them for sale for $180. A customer bought them, I did everything I could do transfer the tickets to the buyer…(I even attached the proof of the transfer), and they said I never transferred them. So not only did I buy the tickets for $200, they charged me another $200 for “not transferring” the tickets. I never got the buyers money, but they claim they’re paying the customer the additional $200 they charged me. NEVER AGAIN am I using StubHub to buy tickets. PLEASE BEWARE
