I purchased a digital ticket to an event, but when I tried to ‘sell’ it using the site, they required financial information (my address, bank account number, institution details) in addition to my card details (name, number, date, CVS). I became uncountable with this e-commerce site having this much information and tried to cancel the sale. But it was not possible at that stage of the process. So rather than give them those details, I exited the site and eventually used the ticket. 4 days after the event I was charged 32 dollars for not ‘delivering’ the digital ticket. So eventually I paid for the ticket AND the the fee for not delivering the ticket. Their customer service on the issue is limited to a chat with an agent online and their approach is robotic and inflexible. I will be deleting their app and my account with them. Beware!
