my only complaint was being old school I still require a printed ticket for entry to events. stub hub only released the printed ticket the day of the show and as I was going to travel 2 hrs to the concert my worry was when the ticket would arrive on the website to print. it did arrive early the day of, but if the mobile version was ready 3-4 days earlier why the printed version was not... time to buy an android phone and get an internet package on the phone...sigh.. happy otherwise...show was great
