Stub hub sells you tickets and charges service fees without confirming transfer of tickets. In one weekend, myself and two other friends were left without tickets day of the event. Stub hub has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The practice should be illegal as they process payment without any guarantee of getting the tickets. Please do not purchase tickets on stub hub. It will be a massive headache and they will not help fix the situation. Worst company I’ve dealt with.
