⭐☆☆☆☆ — Terrible communication, lost my money and my tickets I used this app to resell my concert tickets and had a terrible experience. I posted my tickets and got a buyer — but they canceled the payment, and I wasn’t even notified until three days later. By the time I saw the email, it was too late to use the tickets OR try to resell them again. Their system failed me completely. There was no real-time alert, no push notification, nothing — just a delayed email buried in my inbox. This kind of poor communication cost me both my tickets and my money. I trusted the app, and it completely let me down. If you’re trying to resell tickets last minute, DO NOT rely on this platform. They need to do better.
