They sent me an email apologizing for something going wrong with my order but when I checked the app, I didn't notice anything wrong. After contacting customer service, apparently there was a substitution after the initial seller of the tickets couldn't fulfill the order. I would have preferred they keep behind the scenes issues behind the scenes instead of freaking me the f out. Also, once the tickets were made available they sent me a link that went to a Ticketmaster website but there there no way to transfer the tickets to my Apple wallet. Thank god I had cell coverage at the venue because without it I'd have been screwed. While I did get the tickets I paid for and was able to get into the show ok, the whole experience with the uncertainty of whether I'd even get real tickets and get into the show left a sour taste in my mouth regarding this whole third party ticket thing. I know they say they will refund the money if the seller doesn't come through but that doesn't help when I spent thousands on air-fare and hotel to travel to a far away destination for the concert.
