I sold my tickets and transferred them as I was suppose too and now the night of the concert I’m told the tickets weren’t transferred. The buyer was having problems with the transfer, so I contacted customer service and chatted with someone who told me that it was all set and I could rest assured I did everything right on my end. I woke up today the day after the concert to a 336 dollar charge. I’m a single mom and this is taking from my bills now all because I was assured my end was taken care of. If I had known I had to take more action I would have done so. After today, I will never be using stub hub again. I have purchased numerous concerts, and transferred some before without an issue. I also have to wait 30-45 days to get an answer from them.
