Use with caution. Terrible customer service.I went to download my i tickets and was told they had already been claimed by another email. Spent over 15 hours back and forth with customer service with multiple reps just to be told thair was nothing they could do even though i could prove i was the purchaser and i did not recive the tickets. Did not get to go to my event and have not heard anything about a refund. They just didn't seem to care cause they already had my money.
